Mixu88 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an active account on the mixu88 platform.

• Any financial losses arising from game outcomes that are valid under the terms set.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

Mixu88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if there is reasonable evidence that the user has violated any part of these terms and conditions. In the event of account termination due to a breach, mixu88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real money and bonus funds.

Conversely, users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all active bonus conditions will be cancelled and any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal once KYC is verified.

Members who wish to take a break from gaming activity may use the self-exclusion feature available in account settings. mixu88 will honor self-exclusion requests and ensure the account remains inaccessible for the selected period.

12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
